Bangkok's gilded temples and vibrant street life for three nights, then Phuket's turquoise bays and powdery sand for five more. Day-by-day

Days 1–2 — Departure and Bangkok arrival. Evening charter from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, overnight flight. Morning hotel transfer, afternoon at leisure. Welcome dinner by the Chao Phraya river.

Day 3 — Grand Palace and temples. Wat Phra Kaew, the Grand Palace, Wat Pho's reclining Buddha, and the oldest Thai-massage school in the country. Evening tuk-tuk through Chinatown's Yaowarat Road.

Day 4 — Floating markets and Mae Klong railway. Damnoen Saduak canal boats heaped with tropical fruit and flowers, then Mae Klong market where vendors retract canopies as the train passes. Back by evening.

Day 5 — Fly to Phuket. One-hour domestic flight. Check in, first Andaman Sea swim, Patong afternoon free.

Day 6 — Phi Phi Islands. Ko Phi Phi Don and Ko Phi Phi Leh by speedboat: limestone cliffs, Maya Bay lagoon, snorkelling at Shark Point. Lunch on board.

Day 7 — Phang Nga Bay. James Bond Island, sea-cave hongs by kayak, floating village of Ko Panyi. Village lunch, longtail return.

Day 8 — Phuket free day. Kata or Karon beach, Big Buddha viewpoint, Old Town Sino-Portuguese streets, or a private yacht — AMIST concierge arranges on request.

Days 9–10 — Last morning, night charter north, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk landing.
