About Thailand

Thailand is one of the world's most popular beach holiday destinations. The warm Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, more than 1,400 islands, golden temples and the country's famous cuisine — all of it draws millions of tourists every year.

Phuket is Thailand's largest island, with dozens of beaches, a lively nightlife and excursions to the Phi Phi Islands and Phang Nga Bay. Pattaya is a resort on the Gulf of Thailand coast, with well-developed infrastructure and close proximity to Bangkok.

Bangkok dazzles with its contrasts: the gleaming temples of Wat Pho and Wat Arun stand alongside futuristic skyscrapers, and the city's street food has earned Michelin stars. Koh Samui and Krabi are islands for those seeking seclusion and nature.
