We at AMIST design programs where every meal becomes an event: live scallops straight from the waters of Busse Lagoon, wild oysters from the shores of the Sea of Okhotsk, crab just pulled from the depths — this is not a restaurant menu, this is Sakhalin itself on your plate.

In Hong Kong and Macau we take you where ordinary tourists don't go: Mong Kok night markets with fish balls and egg waffles, tea houses with centuries-old history, master classes with chefs on dim sum techniques — and Michelin-starred restaurants, where even street food gets the highest rating.

Island of flavors

Sakhalin is wild salmon that just came from the river. Giant oysters opened in front of you right on the shore of Busse Lagoon. Kamchatka crab caught with your own hands. Sea urchin with the taste of the ocean.

We organize gastronomic excursions where you don't just taste — you participate: catch crab, gather wild plants, cook fish soup over a campfire to the sound of the surf. This is Sakhalin as only the locals know it.

The taste capital of Asia

Hong Kong is a city where on a single street you can try dim sum from a street stall and a dish from a Michelin restaurant. Our office is in Hong Kong — we know every alley, every market, every chef.

From the street kitchens of Mong Kok to refined restaurants with views of Victoria Harbour. From tea ceremonies in the oldest houses of Kowloon to Portuguese pastéis de nata in Macau. We'll design a route that you can't find in any guidebook.

Is culinary experience required?

No, our programs are suitable for everyone — from beginners to gourmets. Experienced guides and chefs will help at every stage.

What is the group size?

Usually 2–8 pers. We also organize individual tours for couples and families. Each program is adapted to your group.

Is it suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, we take into account all dietary restrictions and allergies when designing the program. Just specify when booking.

Best season on Sakhalin?

From June to October — the season of oysters, red fish and crab. In winter, ice fishing and winter gastronomic programs are available.

What's included in the price?

Transfers, all tastings, master classes, lunches and guide services. Flight and accommodation are arranged separately upon request.

Can we come with children?

Yes, many programs are suitable for families with children from 6 years old. Specify when booking — we'll select a suitable route.
